ICMS ALLIANCE MISSION STATEMENT
 
The mission of MSMS Alliance is to
work in partnership with the Ingham County Medical Society, the Michigan State Medical Society, the MSMS Alliance and the AMA Alliance to:
. Develop, implement, and support educational programs that improve the public health
. Educate ourselves and the public about legislative issues that impact medicine
. And provide support for the medical family.

Local choirs will perform and holiday wreaths will be featured in the silent auction event

Please join Ingham County Medical Society Alliance as we collect over-the-counter children medical supplies for Angel House and Haven House on Wednesday, October 5, 2011. Bring items to the Michigan State Medical Society North parking lot between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Please see attached for details. If you have any questions please call Tammy at 336-9019. Thank you!

Drop, Walk & Deliver       SAVE Day
Wednesday, October 5, Twenty-eleven
Stop America's Violence Everywhere = SAVE = A State-wide day to
focus on helping those escaping from violent living situations
organized by the Michigan State Medical Society Alliance.
This year ICMSA will be supporting Haven House and Angel House as recipients
of our SAVE Day collection of children's over the counter medical supplies for
use in their shelters. Haven House provides a safe living and learning
environment for women and children who are transitioning from unhealthy
living situations into positive living situations. Angel House provides residential
treatment and guidance for pregnant and parenting girls ages 13-18 who are
under the supervision of the Michigan Department of Human Services.
Please Help Us....Help Them !!!
Obtain over the counter medical supplies for children. Items such as dosage
spoons and cups, bandages, q-tips, cotton balls, Motrin, cough syrup, cough
drops, ear & nose syringes, ace bandages, boxes of tissues, antiseptic creams,
allergy medications....if you find it on the shelf labeled infant and children health
products....it will be accepted !!!
Bring them to the Michigan State Medical Society north parking lot between
10:00am and 3:30 pm and DROP them into the bins located on the raised
sidewalk entrance in the north parking area. At 4:00 pm volunteers will
WALK these filled bins and DELIVER to the Haven House. Items for
Angel House will be delivered soon after.
